Fans defend Emilia Clarke after negative comments on her looks in her recent Instagram post

Published

Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke is one of the bravest and most dedicated actresses in the filmmaking industry. She suffered two life-threatening brain aneurysms while filming for Game of Thrones, but she kept going on. The intense heat didn’t stop her, the long hours of work didn’t deter her. Hence when she was attacked on social media about her looks in a recent Instagram post, her fans quick to raise their voices in her defense.

Why was Emilia Clarke ridiculed for her Instagram post?

Clarke posed for a picture on Instagram with a mug that was gifted by her mom which had the caption “You’re doing fucking great” written on it, and she added, “It was important to share this newfound wisdom.” Though she had a mostly heartwarming response to her picture, there were a few who tried to make fun of her looks.

How did the fans respond?

There was an immediate backlash toward the negative comments, you can have a look at some of them below:

As far as we know, no. Emilia Clarke in a previous interview said that she is pretty much done with Daenerys, so unless the role is recast or there’s an absolutely wonderful script that makes her say yes, there’s little chance that she’ll return to Westeros.
