Fan starts crowdfunding campaign to bring back Jon Snow's Direwolf in Season 8

Game of Thrones Season 7 explored Jon Snow in great detail, but there was one little detail about him that didn’t show up : his direwolf, Ghost. We saw Daenerys‘ three dragons, with one of them falling to the Night King, and we saw Arya reunite with Nymeria for a brief while as well, but Jon’s lovely snow white pet, was nowhere to be seen, and fans seemed to miss him a lot. So much so, that now a fan has started a crowdfunding campaign to get funds to make sure Ghost is in Game of Thrones Season 8. Read on!

A Game of Thrones fan named Mark Williams, has started a GoFundMe campaign to “Bring back ghost.” The campaign goal is set at £500,000, and the description reads as below :

“Raising money for cgi so that ghost features in season 8 of GOT. Please help Jon reunite with his beloved direwolf. Also, no one tell Jon, he knows nothing. Want it to be a surprise he’ll never forget.”

Sounds funny. We doubt the campaign will reach it’s goal, a petition would work better. Even if the goal is hit, HBO doesn’t seem like somebody who needs the money to bring Ghost back, but it’s always nice to have some spare change. What do you think? Talk to us in the comments, down below!
