Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon is one of the premier projects of HBO at the moment. The first teaser trailer was received quite well by the fans and the excitement is fresh in the air. Game of Thrones celebs seem to be hopeful about the prequel, and fans are waiting eagerly for the first full trailer to drop, which should have been released by the end of December last year. It is unclear as to why HBO is holding back the first full trailer of House of The Dragon, and the show’s star Emily Carey is sick of constantly being grilled about that.

Carey is going to portray a younger version of Queen Alicent Hightower in the show, leader of one of the two major factions in the upcoming Game of Thrones prequel. She recently took to TikTok to express her annoyance for being asked the same questions over and over again, and answered them once and for all in her own style.

Carey posted a video on TikTok in response to the questions: “Can you give me HOTD spoiler?”, “When does House of The Dragon release” and “is **** in the show?”, and her reaction is hilarious and a bit agonizing for the fans. She also wrote in the caption, “And no, I can’t simply make them drop the trailer!”

This might be an indication that the trailer is in fact ready to launch, and HBO is waiting for the right time to drop it. Hopefully, that time will be here soon before the hype simmers down. Tell us about your thoughts in the comments below!
