Emilia Clarke steals the show at the NYC Met Gala
The spotlight follows the stars of Game of Thrones wherever they go, and we try to keep up with it. As you might know, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City recently hosted its annual Gala event, also famously known as the Met Gala. It’s a charity fundraiser to raise money for the Costume Institute, but the focus is largely on the attendees. This year, one of the attendees, was our very own Khaleesi, Emilia Clarke, and she stole the show. Read on!
The theme for this year’s Met Gala was “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and The Catholic Imagination.” All the stars has fantastic get-ups, and Emilia showed up in a gown inspired by a statue of the Virgin Mary in Sicily. Let’s check out a few glimpses:

While at the Gala, one of the many journalists in the house tried asking Emilia whether she could tell them anything about Game of Thrones Season 8, which she evaded very well:
“I’m in it.”
