Emilia Clarke confirms she didn't use a body double for Game of Thrones season 6 nude scene
Game of Thrones season 6 episode, episode 4, Book of the Stranger saw an epic climax scene as Daenerys Targaryen took over the control of the Dothraki by burning the Khals and coming out of the fire unburnt and nude! It reminded us of the epic scene from Game of Thrones season 1 finale when Daenerys hatched the 3 dragon eggs.
Emilia Clarke has confirmed to EW that she did not use any body double for the nude scene and that it was completely her in the scene. We last saw her nude in Game of Thrones season 3 and in the past there were rumours that Emilia had refused to do nude scenes for the show. She had later refuted the claim in an Instagram post in which she said that she was misquoted by a journalist. In the post she had said that she would do nude scenes only if they were important to the plot.
Emilia was happy about the entire scene and she pointed it out that it has been a long time since her last nude scene. “I’d like to remind people the last time I took my clothes off was season 3. That was awhile ago. It’s now season 6. But this is all me, all proud, all strong. I’m just feeling genuinely happy I said ‘Yes.’ That ain’t no body double!”
While talking about the scene Emilia said, “It’s so exciting, very tingly-making. Every season I get at least one spine-chilling moment. I just stand up and I go, ‘I’m hearing what you’re all saying, but funny thing, I’m going to kill you all. I forgot that I have an ace in my back pocket and now I win.’”
Daenerys now has the control of the Dothraki and when you consider the Unsullied and the Dragons, she easily has the most powerful army in the show. We just have to wait and watch when she plans to move to Westeros.

Game of Thrones was a platform where real-life social issues were projected, that have been prevailing since medieval times. George R. R. Martin, the creator of the show, showed his support for the LGBTQ groups with the means of various amazing characters throughout the series. He is quite vocal about his support off-screen as well. Martin recently wished his fans all around the world on the occasion of Pride month on his official Twitter account.

There were some who were trolling the veteran author. One pointed out how Martin misspelled Ser as ‘Sir‘. Martin made fun of him by calling him a social media minion.
