Bella Ramsey reveals how fans rant to her about the controversial Game of Thrones finale
The saga of Game of Thrones season 8 continues. It has been two years since HBO’s money-making mint wrapped up filming, but people can’t stop talking about it. After all, the highly popular and record-breaking show divided its fandom with a controversial and a rather rushed-up final season. Not just the fans, but the cast of the series is split up upon the same issue. Some like Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner, defend it quite furiously. While others, like Charles Dance, were ready to sign the petition to change the final season. Then there are some others, like Bella Ramsey, who maintain a neutral stance.
In her most recent outing to Jimmy Kimmel Live, while promoting The Last Of Us, Ramsey said, “People like to ask me what I thought of the ending. And I ask them back, “What did you think of it?” I don’t know, I don’t have an opinion. I just let them either hate on it or talk about how great it was — mostly hate on the ending for like 10 minutes, and then I just sit there and listen and then say, “Goodbye, nice to meet you,” and then that’s it. Generally, the consensus is that it wasn’t great… It seemed fine to me.”
