A Song of Ice and Fire calendar for 2019 announced
Year 2018 is upon us, and January is barely over. We know we have to spend the entirety of 2018 without Game of Thrones, and the wait is long. Now, as some of you guys might know, every year, A Song of Ice and Fire Calendar comes out, complete with amazing artwork depicting scenes from the saga, and the 2019 edition has just been announced. Read on!
The calendar was announced by one of George R. R. Martin‘s minions, on his Not A Blog. The minion revealed that the artwork for the 2019 edition of the calendar will be done by John Jude Palencar, and revealed the cover art featuring a member of the Night’s Watch. Check it out, below :
It’s a brand new year, and we’re proud to announce next years official calendar. 2019’s calendar will feature the stunning work of John Jude Palencar, who will bring his uniquely haunting visions of the SoI&F world eleven months from now. https://t.co/WpdZ8nhWT9. pic.twitter.com/oVoKbLm3GY

The 2018 calendar had a response that was pretty damn positive, and if the cover of the 2019 edition is any testament, this edition will be loved, as well. The minion says we’ll get our copies “11 months from now,” but Amazon is listing it to be released on July 17, 2018.
