Rick and Morty concept artist designs the Empire of Valyria

The Targaryens were like gods to the common people of Westeros, thanks to their Valyrian lineage that granted them the ability to bond with dragons. Long before Aegon the Conqueror landed at King’s Landing, the Targaryens were one of the dragonlords living alongside their brethren. Fans have long imagined what the Valyrian Freehold looked like, and several artists have tried their hand at depicting it.
Rick and Morty artist Tommy Scott’s depiction of Valyria
Rick and Morty is known for having stunning animation and graphics, and Tommy Scott is one of the most talented individuals who draws them out for the animated show. The artist recently drew his own depiction of the Valyrian Freehold from the world of A Song of Ice and Fire, which can be seen on his website.
Official concept art of the Grand Sept from House of the Dragon
Apart from Scott’s depiction, we also have a look at an official concept art from Season 1 of House of the Dragon. The concept art, drawn by the artist Kirill Barybin, shows the inside of the Great Sept, which would go on to become the Sept of Baelor in Game of Thrones.
