Throwback: When Sean Bean (Ned Stark) renounced Jon Snow, called him a “little bastard”
Game of Thrones was a sweet show to begin with. Remember the good old days when Robert Baratheon ruled the kingdoms, and his loyal northerner Ned Stark held the North? Ah, the honorable Ned Stark, who loved all his children equally, including his illegitimate son Jon Snow. Or did he? A Reddit AMA session with the legendary actor Sean Bean who played the loyal Warden of the North suggests otherwise.
Sean Bean calls Jon Snow a “little bastard”
About nine years ago, during the premiere of his show Legends, actor Sean Bean logged in to Reddit to host a fun AMA session where he answered several interesting and hilarious questions from his fans. One of the Redittors asked, “Why did you not teach Jon Snow anything?”
Bean’s priceless response was, “HAHAHAHAH! Because he’s not mine. Little bast*rd!”
Is Kit Harington’s Jon Snow sequel really happening?
Harington recently made an appearance on The Tonight’s Show starring Jimmy Fallon, where he talked about his Game of Thrones spinoff that is currently under development. He said, “I don’t know, man… I walk down the street, and I get recognized a little less nowadays, and it kind of hurts my ego, you know?” I’m pretty close to, like, putting on some furs. I got a tally in my head of how few photos I get asked for in a day. And when it gets below a certain number, I think I’ll do a spin-off.”
