Sophie Turner dyed her hair Targaryen blonde and Game of Thrones fans lost it
Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones just did a thing: she dyed her hair platinum blonde, and apparently this has made some fans speculate why she would do something like that. Here’s the picture she posted on Instagram recently:
Sansa, who is a redhead on the show, is portrayed by Sophie, who, as most fans believed, was also a redhead. However, Sophie recently revealed that she is actually a natural blonde. Game of Thrones fans seem to have taken this new development rather seriously since Sophie’s hair now looks like that of the silver-haired Targaryens.
Here’s what some fans commented on her picture:
“Does that mean you’ve been killed off?”wrote a follower.
“Maybe Jon isn’t the real Targaryen. Maybe it’s Sansa after all … Makes you think huh?”wrote another.
Other fans couldn’t help but note how she resembled her co-star Emilia Clarke’s hair as Daenerys Targaryen on the show.
