The attraction of Game of Thrones is such that just the name would be enough to generate a huge amount of curiosity in the minds of the people. This is partly because the HBO show explored only a few arcs of the story laid out by George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire saga, and there’s still a ton of areas left untouched. That’s why Game of Thrones Beyond the Wall, the latest mobile strategy RPG (role-playing-game) seems full of intrigue. The game has now officially launched for Apple users on the iPhone and iPad App Store.
Lord Commander, Game of Thrones Beyond the Wall is now available on Apple devices. Download the game to claim your pre-registration rewards!

Game of Thrones Beyond the Wall has been brought to life by Behavior Interactive, GAEA, and HBO; and it lets you take command of the Night’s Watch. The premise tells us that Brynden Rivers (Bloodraven), Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch, has disappeared while ranging beyond the wall. It lets you be the Lord Commander and explore the mysteries beyond the wall, involving the Three-Eyed Raven. The players can thus venture deep into the wilderness of the North. It’s an original story set fifty years before the events of the TV show. And lets the players recruit some original characters and many fan favorites from across the Seven Kingdoms.
The game includes the following features as per the official description:
The Whispering Woods – Using the magic of the weirwood trees, players explore the past, present, and future of iconic characters such as Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, Jaime Lannister, Melisandre, and Tormund Giantsbane.
Master the Battlefield – As the new Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch, players assemble their favorite characters from dozens of squad combinations to dominate hand-crafted battlefields in a classic grid combat system updated for mobile play.
Command the Night’s Watch – Recruit characters from around the Known World to guard the realms of men across multiple game modes; crossbowmen from The Westerlands, scoundrels from King’s Landing, spearmen from Dorne, or exotic fighters from the free cities. Combine dozens of unique collectible heroes and recruits to exact unlimited battle strategies and dominate the land.
Pre-registration began quite early, and there are specific rewards for 1.5, 2, and 3M (million) pre-orders. Although the game came out on 26th March for iOS mobile users, it will release on April 3, 2020, for the Android users. So, android users can still pre-register to earn the rewards. Furthermore, the game is essentially free to play, albeit there are in-app purchases. Thus, it’s completely possible for you to play the game without spending any money.
Well, looks like it’s the perfect time for GoT fans to get their hands on such a game as almost the entire world is in a period of lockdown due to the global pandemic of Coronavirus. So, try to stay at home, practice social distancing, wash your hands, and play Game of Thrones Beyond The Wall.
What are your thoughts about the game? Are you excited to play it? Or have you already done so? Talk to us in the comments section.
Kerry Ingram re-enacts Shireen’s death on TikTok and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau’s magazine cover on Instagram
All of us who have the liberty and luxury of self-isolating are trying to stay calm and centered through this tragedy. Coronavirus is affecting our people badly, but there’s little we can do at this moment. We can help those near to us but the news on the television screens is disturbing. Trying to escape the gloom, every now and then, we get a frivolous urge to wander around and indulge in the activities of our favorite celebrities. Game of Thrones stars are keeping themselves connected to the fans through social media. Kerry Ingram (Shireen Baratheon) recently posted a TikTok video on her twitter account that might remind you of Shireen’s death; while Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister) posted a magazine cover he’s on for the April/May edition of 2020. Read on to find out more.
So I made this tik tok but turns out 99% of my followers on there aren’t GoT fans, so I’ll post it here for you guys😂 too soon? pic.twitter.com/p3rHqHE8Is

Kerry posted a TikTok video with a GoT reference on twitter; as she felt her followers on TikTok aren’t really familiar with Game of Thrones. “So I made this tik tok but turns out 99% of my followers on there aren’t GoT fans, so I’ll post it here for you guys,” she captioned it.
The video is in keeping with the ongoing trend of making a pose from one of your childhood photos and then showing that particular photo; meanwhile, the track “I’m Just a Kid” by Simple Plan plays in the background. The young actress who melted our hearts in GoT enters into the frame with the wooden stag that Ser Davos had gifted Shireen. She chose Shireen’s screaming pose from the time when she was about to burn to death. It’s not a fun memory to be reminded of, especially during these times of chaos and panic.
Nikolaj, on the other hand, featured on the cover of Haute Living, a lifestyle magazine, for the April/May months’ edition. “Thanks @hauteliving. Had a lot of fun doing this story,” he wrote on the Instagram post.
The shoot took place before the coronavirus lockdowns kicked in. The Danish actor wondered how quickly times have changed and it’s a whole new world now. “We did this shoot only a few months ago. Now it seems like in some parallel universe,” he further wrote. It certainly doesn’t feel like a familiar space anymore since people are facing problems that we couldn’t have imagined.
The cases of infection are still building up rapidly. With more than 4.6 million infected cases and 308,000 deaths, things do not look good. We hope the governments and the media take stock of the people who are suffering without food and shelter. It’s not just coronavirus that kills!

Watch Game of Thrones stars Jacob Anderson and Aidan Gillen shine in music videos
They say if you have the talent make the most of it. Well, some of our favorite actors from Game of Thrones are a talented bunch and they are making the most of it. Did you know Jacob Anderson is also known as Raleigh Ritchie? Also, did you know that Aidan Gillen has been part of a music video? Truth is stranger than fiction my dear friends, so read on to find out more!
As per NME, Anderson a.k.a Grey Worm of Thrones has released a new song called Aristocrats and also gave out the details of his next album Andy. What’s interesting is Anderson has been making music under his monicker, Raleigh Ritchie, and is slowly but surely climbing up the charts. Check out his latest song!
Anderson has been garnering a lot of views for his videos as well, one of his songs has so far fetched 8.4 million views! Check out the video!
Speaking about his latest album, Anderson said:
“Andy’ is a little wink to myself. It’s saying, ‘This is you speaking right now, this is you saying what you have to say.”
He also mentioned that through this song he was trying to explore Britain’s history in his own way. He said:
“British history is complicated, especially as a POC. [H]istory is everything, it’s what we learn from to help us build our future. In school, I didn’t learn much about British history aside from the country’s victories and a version of some of its atrocities. Sometimes it’s a confusing place, and although I love my country, I don’t always feel loved by it.”
Well, we found ‘Ritchie’ really talented and wish him a lot of success with his next outing. Speaking of, remember our tricky ‘Littlefinger’ of Thrones. Well, the amazingly talented Aidan Gillen too has taken part in a music video and it has left us rather inquisitive.
As per Evening Express, Gillen stars in a new music video of Irish post-punk band Fontaines DC. Gillen has been a huge fan of their work and so it must have been great to be part of their new video. Quite curiously, Gillen plays the character of a host in the video and we leave it up to you to decide if he succeeded in the new avatar. Check out the video!
Phew! That was interesting, wasn’t it? Who knew all these fabulous actors had so many shades within them? We hope you liked the videos and let’s continue to support them in these turbulent times. We all need something to cling on to don’t we?
Game of Thrones star Jerome Flynn thanks key workers for their service during Coronavirus pandemic
All of us are aware that these are difficult times, such as we have never known in our lives. The coronavirus crisis is a threat to humanity, a bit similar to the danger of White Walkers in Game of Thrones. And much like the show, the people in power and in the community have tried to gather all available forces to ward off COVID-19. But our health workers have been frontline soldiers everywhere. It’s their duty, yes! But they’re playing their part with utmost sincerity to protect us from this illness while putting their own lives on the line. Game of Thrones star Jerome Flynn (Bronn) has shared a video message to thank key workers of the Pembrokeshire county and across mid and west Wales, who are working each day to save the lives of fellow citizens.
Jerome’s message appeared on the Facebook page of the Hywel Dda Health Board. “Hello, I am Jerome Flynn. I am wanting to send you, all the key workers in Pembrokeshire and across mid and west Wales a short message,” began Jerome. He continued, “It’s hard to express the amount of gratitude myself and all of the community here in Pembrokeshire are feeling for the work you’re doing. It’s hard for us to fully connect with the experiences you are having each day. But we’re getting blasts of them, and I have friends who do work in that sector, so I’m getting some understanding of the sort of days you’re walking into.”
The actor drew a parallel to his own character in Game of Thrones for his current situation. Bronn worked his way up from being a cutthroat to one of the chief knights in Westeros. But owing to his cunning, selfish nature, he did not participate in the great war against the Night King and his army of the dead.
“I feel in a way a little bit like how my character in Game of Thrones felt; when everybody went off to fight the White Walkers and I just hung around, being lazy in King’s Landing. As an actor, I really wanted to be there in the action with everybody, you know, kind of saving the world. And in truth, right now, it certainly feels like you’re playing that role for all of us. And I can’t honestly say that I want to be there with you, because it feels so intense,” he said.
The loss of lives in this battle has been immense for real. Something that many a time, could be demoralizing for the health workers. But Jerome tried to see the positive side of their work.
“I imagine it could be easy to judge yourself, as perhaps at the end of the day, not having succeeded, if another life is lost. But from where we’re standing and from where I’m standing, I wanted to let you know that you succeed every day. Your success is full every day; just turning up and being present for each individual soul, for letting them know that their lives are significant…Especially at a time when their loved ones can’t be present for them…That’s the success for me.
That’s where the true value of your work is being felt. Because otherwise, it’s clear you’re doing everything you can to save their lives. But it’s your presence there with them, that I really, really value; and your courage to go in every day is deeply touching. So, thank you everyone, and keep up the amazing work. It’s so appreciated. God bless you, bye.”
Jerome also shared a message for the workers at the Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust recently. They are serving people in South-Eastern England across Kent, East Sussex, and London. He termed the service of health workers as “extraordinary days of your lives, something that you would never forget.” Kent is Jerome’s home county and apparently, his parents, mother, and step-father live there; both of whom are in the vulnerable age group. Jerome, thus, extended his thanks, “I am truly grateful to know that you guys are there, doing what you’re doing.”
Many of the other Game of Thrones actors have done their share to aid the health workers. Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) and her husband, Joe Jonas had donated meals to the staff of a Los Angeles hospital. Isaac Hempstead Wright’s (Bran Stark) step-father helped key workers by providing them PPEs.
We appreciate everyone’s contributions. Whatever they may be, they are building us into a coherent unit during these grim, isolating times.
What are your thoughts? We hope you’re still practicing social distancing and washing your hands regularly. The virus is here to stay, and it’s important you don’t lower your guard anytime soon. Talk to us in the comments below.
