It’s just the 2nd episode of Game of Thrones season 7 and the Citadel scenes have already taught us that learning about the human anatomy can ger really really disgusting and make you feel nauseated. The season 7 premiere had ensured that many fans who were having food while watching the episode, lost their appetite with the poop montage and now they have gone a step further in the latest episode!
Samwell who has gone to the Citadel to become a Maester and learn more about defeating the White Walkers has has been busy with things that are really gross and graphic. In the latest episode, Samwell met Jorah Mormont for the first time and when he found out that Jorah is Jeor Mormont‘s son, he decided that he would help him in curing his Greyscale. However, the fans weren’t too happy aboout it as it involved cutting the Greyscale from Jorah’s body and it was full of pus and to make matters worse, the immediate scene involved a close up shot of people eating a pie. Here are some of the fan reactions after watching the scene:
This scene is a bit surprising as we found out in the last episode that Dragonglass can help in curing Greyscale and it was Samwell who was reading about it. So it was a bit unusual to see no Dragonglass involved in this scene but who knows, the first step might be removing all the Greyscale and only then you can use the Drragonglass. We will soon find out more about it in the coming episodes. So be prepared for more disgusting scenes and we just hope that they don’t make the scene more disgusting.
