‘GLOW’ star Gayle Rankin is rumored to be the newest cast member of House of The Dragon

The first season received an overwhelmingly positive response from viewers and critics, and fans are already excited for the next installment in the Targaryen saga. The series has already begun filming Season 2, with new details about the cast leaking regularly.

Gayle Rankin might have joined the cast of House of The Dragon

As reported by the Twitter user @theblacks_, Gayle Rankin recently started following most of the House of The Dragon actors as well as the official account of the show itself, which is usually an indication that the actor has joined the show. It is unknown which role she might be playing, as there is no official announcement yet.

Who is Gayle Rankin?

Scottish actress Gayle Rankin is famous for portraying Sheila the She-Wolf in the TV series GLOW. She has also played other important roles such as Queen Victoria in The Greatest Showman and Emily Dodson in HBO’s Perry Mason.

When will House of The Dragon return?

The filming of House of The Dragon season 2 has just begun production, with the casting process almost complete and the sets being constructed at key locations. HBO chief Casey Bloys has confirmed in an indirect way that House of The Dragon won’t be coming back before the summer of 2024.
