Game of Thrones Season 7 is four episodes in now, with the fourth one having aired today. Season 7 premiered after a long, long wait, and today’s episode, titled ‘The Spoils of War’, marked Season 7 being over halfway finished. Fans had been saying that the season haad been moving ahead at a slow pace in terms of action, but this episode made up for it all. The episode was an all rounder, covering everything from reunions to battles. The buildup throughout most of the 50 minutes led to a climax scene which was so enthralling, we watched it, holding our breaths.
In the end, Bronn successfully managed to injure Drogon with the weapon named Scorpion, that Qyburn created to kill the dragons. Upon Drogon landing on the ground with Daenerys, Jaime Lannister saw a shot to get rid of Daenerys, and went charging at her, while she was trying to remove the giant spear from Drogo’s hide. We all saw Bronn jump to Jaime, saving his life, and Jaime was seen sinking deeper into the water, as the episode ended. That was one breathtaking ending, and naturally, the fans took to Twitter to react to this scene. Here are some of the best reactions to the scene :
