Emma D’Arcy (Rhaenyra) rocks a Tudorian look for Emmy Magazine

Emma D’Arcy has become a familiar name amongst Game of Thrones fans, critics, and the awards circuit ever since they delivered a brilliant performance as Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen in House of the Dragon. The actor joined the show mid-season under a lot of pressure to live up to the portrayal of Rhaenyra by the young actress Milly Alcock, who had already garnered praises for her take on the soon-to-be heir of the Iron Throne. They definitely lived up to the hype, exceeding everyone’s expectations, and clutched multiple awards and nominations for their amazing talent.

D’Arcy is amongst several House of The Dragon cast members who have been nominated and will be representing the series at this year’s Emmy Awards. Every year, the nominees are invited for a photo shoot for the annual Emmy Magazine, which also showcases some of their stories along with their pictures. The magazine was released quite recently, via an announcement on their official Twitter handle:
