Bella Ramsey says filming The Last of Us would be difficult if her friendship with Pedro Pascal was fake

Game of Thrones wasn’t just the biggest show of the century, it was a huge family and a way of life for so many people for nearly a decade. Even though the show’s alums Pedro Pascal (Oberyn Martell) and Bella Ramsey (Lyanna Mormont) didn’t spend any time together on-screen, when they met on the set of their new HBO show The Last of Us, they instantly hit it off. And they value their friendship, a LOT.

Would The Last of Us be the same without Bella and Pedro’s friendship?

On her latest visit to The Jonathan Ross Show, Ramsey reflected on how the show would have been vastly different if she hadn’t been friends with Pascal. She said, “It’s very real. Imagine if it was all fake? That would be rough.”

Ramsey went on to admit she missed the company of her friend, ever since he has been away for Disney+’s The Mandalorian. She said, “I love him. I miss him. He’s in Los Angeles living his best life. The Mandalorian has just come out so he’s really busy. We were both on Game of Thrones but in different seasons.”

How many seasons will The Last of Us Part II be stretched into?

In a recent interview with GQ magazine, showrunner Neil Druckmann confirmed Part II will be stretched over multiple seasons. He said, “It’s more than one season.”

Craig Mazin assured it as well, “You have noted correctly that we will not say how many. But more than one is factually correct.”
