Game of Thrones Beyond the Wall adds the characters of Jaime Lannister and Melisandre to the game

Game of Thrones has inspired a variety of stuff around us. From theme weddings to cruise ships to games, the HBO show is a cultural phenomenon that has broken all global barriers. Among the most recent things, a mobile RPG (Role Playing Game) called Game of Thrones Beyond the Wall displayed great graphics and parallels from the show. Set in the wilderness of the North in Westeros, Beyond the Wall features an original story; where a player takes control of the Night’s Watch as the Lord Commander. The adventure leads you to explore the mysteries beyond the Wall involving the Three-Eyed Raven. It already consists of many fan-favorite characters such as Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow. And now, the latest update enables the user to play as Jaime Lannister and Melisandre as well. Read on to find out more.

The game has many characters, some original while others fan-favorites, each involved in a series of combats. The new characters of Jaime and Melisandre come with their stories linked to iconic battles that we remember from GoT. As Jaime Lannister, the Westerlands Commander, you get to play through the Battle of Goldroad in an event called “Field of Fire”; where Lannister armies went head-to-fire with Daenerys’ army of Drogon and the Dothraki. To add more color from the show that we’ve loved so much, Melisandre brings the Long Night. If you choose to play as the Red Woman from Asshai, you’ll re-live the Battle of Winterfell in an event called “Trials of Fire”, where she had come back to light things up for the last time.

According to Gamespot, “Once you’ve completed the first levels of both the new storylines that are available with the latest Game of Thrones Beyond the Wall update, you will have access to both Jaime and Melisandre, and you’ll be able to permanently add them to your roster of heroes from the Seven Kingdoms”. Thus, these star characters would also participate in other challenges of the game apart from their familiar storylines. We’re sure it would make the journey to the far North even more interesting. So, head over to the game and have fun!
