Fans react to Lyanna Mormont's meeting with this Game of Thrones character

After a week of wait, Game of Thrones Season 8 episode 2 dropped. Titled “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms,” the episode had a lot of great moments. We saw a new line of reunions/meetings. One of these involved the Queen of sass, Lyanna Mormont and the fans just loved it.

Game of Thrones has mostly focused on the three big houses – Starks, Lannisters, and Targaryens. However, House Mormont has always been in the background. In Season 8 episode 2, we got to see the two major Mormonts meet — Lyanna and Jorah. The brief interaction had Jorah tell Lyanna that she should hide in the crypts rather than fight, and Lyanna holding her own against him. Of course, the fans had an array of reactions to this:

As you can see, many fans think this scene could have been a foreshadowing of what’s coming in the next episode for the Mormonts. What are your thoughts? Talk to us in the comments, down below!

Lyanna will die in episode three. Jorah may or may not die. I think he lives through this fight to be the Lord Commander at the wall. Still need the wall because the night either wonโ€™t completely die or Bran wargs into him and canโ€™t get out or Jon has to replace him beyond the wall to save all the people.

Jimmy Kimmel gives Jaime Lannister his own spin-off with Full House

Game of Thrones is over, but we still have those prequel spin-off shows coming up. However, there’s a catch, these shows won’t star any of the actors from Game of Thrones. However, Jimmy Kimmel has his own solution for this, and he has done that by putting Jaime Lannister in the Full House universe. Read on!

Full House, for those that don’t know, was a popular sitcom that ran from 1987 to 1995, starring legendary actors like Bob Saget, Dave Coulier and John Stamos. This spin-off skit that debuted on Jimmy Kimmel Live! has Jaime Lannister join the Full House family, replacing John Stamos’ Uncle Jessie, with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau’s Uncle Jaime. Called Full House Lannister, this wouldn’t be a bad spin-off for Jaime, definitely better than dying with Cersei was:

Cut. It. Off. Hilarious. Anybody who loved Full House and Game of Thrones will definitely love this one. On a related note, it would be great if Netflix’s sequel of Full House, called Fuller House, could bring Nikolaj in for a guest role.

This came out of nowhere for most fans of the show, who were expecting Jon Snow or Daenerys Targaryen to end up on the throne. The fans took to Twitter with a variety of reactions:
