As we all know, Game of Thrones has had a spectacular cast in its run-time, and the how still keeps adding new cast members that are equally as awesome. While that happens, we also know that the frequency of deaths on the show means that cast members move out of the show really quickly, too. Most of them end up moving on to projects that are equally as big, and the latest one to having this happen to them is Michael McElhatton, who has just confirmed that he will be seen in the Justice League movie.

If you can’t remember, Michael McElhatton played Roose Bolton in Game of Thrones. Michael revealed that he was indeed playing a role in the next big superhero movie in the DC universe, Justice League. Talking to Red Carpet News TV while at the London premiere of his new TV show, Genius, Michael was asked what he could tell us about the movie. He said :

“I can’t really tell you anything about that. Who knows, maybe they’re doing reshoots? I can’t really say, but it looks pretty amazing.”

He went on to talk about the tone of the film :

“It’s hard to know, they shoot so much stuff. There’s probably going to be a lot more humor in it, I think would be the main difference compared to [Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice].”

He also talked about his part in the movie :

“The scene I did…Well at the moment I can say it’s a big kind of opening scene. It was pretty dark actually, in it’s tone. But in a good way…I quite like that. It wasn’t comic book-y, but you can thread a certain amount of humor in it, which maybe [Batman v Superman] was lacking.”

Justice League will release November 17th, which is even further later after Game of Thrones Season 7 airs. Are you excited to go see it? Tell us in the comments, down below!
