Game of Thrones had a very good Season 6, and it was very well received by viewers, as well as critics, which is the reason for the show being a part of almost all big award nominations this awards season. The Screen Actors Guild (SAG) awards ceremony was recently held, and Game of Thrones won an award. Read on!
Game of Thrones won an SAG award in the categoryOutstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series. The award is announced from the red carpet of the awards, before the actual ceremony.

This is the third time in a row that Game of Thrones has won this award, now, which is quite an achievement, especially considering the competition it had this year.
Game of Thrones had nominations in two more categories, and it lost in both. The first category was Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, and Game of Thrones lost to Stranger Things. The full list of nominees were :
