Clip from Peter Dinklage’s new movie Rememory shows him in a setting much different than Game of Thrones
Game of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage is one of the most successful stars the cast has, and now he is starring in a Sundance film titled Rememory. Entertainment Weekly has posted an exclusive clip from the film, and it shows Dinklage in a whole different setting from that in Game of Thrones. The synopsis of the movie reads as follows :
“A famous scientific pioneer named Gordon Dunn (Martin Donovan) is found dead just after the unveiling of his newest creation, a device able to record and play a person’s memories. A wave of speculation mounts as word of the strange circumstances of his death and the potentially groundbreaking nature of his invention get out. Gordon’s wife, Carolyn (Julia Ormond), retreats into her house and cuts off contact with the outside world. Then, a mysterious man (Peter Dinklage) shows up, steals the machine, and uses it to try and solve the mystery, beginning an investigation of memories that leads him to unexpected places.”

Dinklage recently spoke about this change of genre, and style, with Bustle. He said :
“I’m on a TV show with a specific character, and I don’t want to do that on my time off. Some actors get very popular at doing one thing, so they just do that, and that’s fine, they make a great living and all that, but that bores me. I would rather just change it up.”
Dinklage has proved that he is a versatile actor with his roles, so it makes sense that he tries to have some variation in his choice of roles, too. Those of you who haven’t gotten the chance to attend Sundance this year, will have to wait till summer to watch Peter on-screen, when Game of Thrones returns for Season 7.
