SPOILER ALERT! This post has Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers. Consider yourself warned! Game of Thrones Season 6 came to an end with the arrival of Winter onto the seven kingdoms. Season 7 will be all about the cruel winter, and the filming for the same is still ongoing. The seventh season is set to premiere in the summer of 2017, and this marks the first time the filming of a season of the series has continued into the same year as that of the premiere.
A few days ago, we had reported about a few crew members from the costume department of the production of Game of Thrones being in Iceland, which was a mild confirmation that the filming was going to take place in the country. Later, Kit Harington, who plays Jon Snow on the show, was spotted in Iceland, followed by Iain Glen, who plays Jorah Mormont. Now, we have news about two more cast members, Joe Dempsie (Gendry) and Paul Kaye (Thoros of Myr) being spotted in the country! Check it out, below:
Joe Dempsie had previously been spotted at a filming location at Muriola Beach, with Liam Cunningham (Davos) and Peter Dinklage (Tyrion), and then in Zumaia, with Iain Glen, Liam Cunningham, and Kit Harington.
We’re guessing that the two new actors spotted are also a part of the scene we had earlier discussed, where a bunch of characters including Jon, Jorah, Tormund, the Hound, and more will travel north of the wall. This scene was first seen as a speculation, but as more actors show up in Iceland, the legitimacy of this scene is being slowly confirmed.
We will update you about the arrival of more actors, as we hear about it! Talk to us in the comments, below!
